Features a vibrant red colour with fantastic cherry/berry aromas. The palate is typically soft with berry and plum flavors throughout making this a very easy drinking wine and an ideal partner with food.

Nederburg Shiraz 2006 (South Africa)

The aromas in this wine include very ripe black cherry and mulberry fruit, pepper, smoke, and bacon-all common to Shiraz. Medium to full bodied, quite smooth and dense, with a dry finish.

Dry Rock Vineyards Gehringer Brothers Merlot 2007 (British Columbia)

On the nose and palate hints of cassis, plums, spice and sandalwood. Wrapped in soft full tannins and lightly finished with French oak. Pair with traditional heavier food.
